Victory tower, they dont seem like much but if you compare the amount of medals you get over time from them they add up. Your decoration can be polished to double the happiness provided to +402 for 12 hours. When the Clock Tower is polished, its output of happiness is doubled for 12 hours. It gives a stacking 8 boost to your armys defense rating, when you are attacked. The Upgrade kit can be obtained as one of the rewards in level IV of the Expedition. It can be obtained as a relic or as one of the Guild Expeditions encounter reward. When you get up in age and need thousands of medals of land, you are going to want them and the GB that give medals. The Clock Tower is one of nine decorations of the Colonial Age and can be build after researching Clockmaking alongside with the Clockmaker. The Ritual Flame is a special building released for the Guild Expeditions. (Or maybe this happened awhile back, but I am just now seeing because I finally have them close to each other.)
